From what I can gather, Hracka produces cutesy character dolls largely based on older manga properties. I noticed the brand after seeing this adorable Space Ace from Winter WonFes 2020: Photo stolen from Martin Harris (martinharrisart) on Instagram. I've also seen Akubi-chan from the anime Hakushon Daimao, and a character I don't know from Tezuka's Unico/Yuniko: (Madman Japanese Toy Store on Flickr) (Mandarake) Does anyone here collect these or have more info? I could find a site at https://hrackatoy.com, but didn't glean much from it.
There have been multi versions of the space ace based off of the manga. First version came out 2018. Beezle is based off of the manga Unico ユニコ by Osamu Tezuka. And then the Hakushon character (not sure if that's the name) is based off of the 1969 The Genie Family ハクション大魔王 So far Hracka has only made these 3 toys in various colors. The vinyl is top notch. I used to have a space ace and it has an amazing retro feel. Here's the sculpter. https://www.instagram.com/s.hissie/
@bryce_r while looking up the characters (who I know nothing about) I landed on Yobarete Tobidete Akubi-chan, which I think is a spin-off about the girl genie, hence my confusion. Thanks for the info. Also, apparently a new Hakushon anime released this year. Fun stuff, unexpected.
