Finally I could score the two Ninja Arashi villains that I needed to complete the collection (Onibi Mamushi and Majin Kamaitachi), I feel happy but at the same time a question comes to my mind and now what is next? I only miss the giant Ninja Arashi and maybe eventually improve some figure like the standard Majin Sai or if it were possible to get some of the weapons of the standard figurures.

Collection update: finally I was able to complete the whole gang of villains and I wanted to share with you, maybe can be more of the same but at the same time I know that there are great fans of Ninja Arashi on the board who enjoy these figures as much as I do.

Damn! Congrats on completing the set Roger, its no easy task. I like how you have my main man front and center. Theres a bunch of arashi toys you could go for, all the mid-size villains, dozens of bootleg variations on the standard main character, the guys on horseback, the trike etc. youll be busy for a while.

@Alebrije - congratulations on completing the set of villains. They look excellent in your display case, especially with those card artwork backgrounds. Nicely done!

Thank you Mark @deafmetal, the card art in the back are the headercard from two bootleg figures.

Thank you @XVivaHateX Jonathan, Although I like the sculpture of the mid-size figures for some reason I am not attracted to mid-size figures of any line of toys, but definitely I want to hunt the giant Ninja Arashi, I know it will be a difficult task but I am not in a hurry to finish, I also plan to catch a couple of versions of the standard size bootlegs but the only bad thing is that they do not appears so often and when they come out they sell it for crazy prices.
Again thank you guys for your nice comments.

 Like, like, like, like, like.

This is so amazing, Roger! :D I tip my hat to your dedication and the many years I know you have spent hunting and focusing on these guys. We share a good appreciation of Ninja Arashi, I can full acknowledge and respect the work it takes to make a shelf like that. Sincere and deep congratulations on finally completing the set of villains. While of course I have to confess to a certain degree of envy, it pales in comparison to how happy I am for you.

These villains are right up there in the realm of vintage toys. The crude but detailed sculpts, the diverse characters, the quirky expressions, the quality of the toys - Bandai did a wonderful job with this line, and it would be a major challenge for me to pick a favourite from the lineup. Jonathan is right in that your new Cobra is mighty impressive, but each one of them has something really special. He's also spot on in that there are actually a ton of other NA items you can chase, if your tastes are so inclined, but you are right in that setting a target on the giant versions will keep your hands full too.

Really though man, let's just focus on that shelf pic once more. Incredible. You know you are just convincing me more and more with each collection photo you share to make the trip down to play with see all of these toys in person. :dam:

@ultrakaiju thank you Steve, I appreciate your sincere words and more coming from a person who love toys and also with a great knowledge of vintage figures.
I really had a lot of fun hunting the villains of this incredible line of Bandai, something has that evil snake that always catches my attention, maybe it's the colors of the head or that mystical appearance that gives me the impression of being a type of sorcerer.
Something I discovered is that the bottom of the black suit of the figure is made of a very soft vinyl almost feels like squeezable, I do not know if they are all or just mine.
I think I can still hunt a couple of more pieces as I mentioned before the giant Ninja Arashi and a couple of more standard bootleg figures, I'm even thinking about making an upgrade on my standard Majin Sai which I like a lot but I feel that the hair is more short of what it should be.
When you come to America you are well come Steve so you can see the collection in person, the truth is still a somewhat incipient collection and I do not have as many figures as I would like, but the few that I have enjoy them a lot and I would be more than honored to receive your visit and have a good time talking and enjoying the toys.

Picked up these another one of these weird rubber arashi bad guys. Not sure if they made the whole line. Ive seen the weasel kamaitachi, and Majin Sai, but not the other two.

Those are really cool man, excellent pickups! Are these smaller, like gacha/candy size roughly (trying to gauge this from your pic), or closer to Popy scale? They actually have incredible detail and lovely paint at a level you wouldn't normally expect for this sort of toy.

Thanks! they are about three inches tall, much smaller than the Popy mid-size companion pieces. Ill post a pic of all of them so you can see. I recently completed those.

Finally finished the mid-size line. these were actually pretty tough.

Also stumbled on this color variant of the popy mid-size. Bootleg on the left. New on in the middle. This one is sort of a bone color base with slightly different paint.

Transform Ninja Arashi Soft Vinyl Bag Unused Bandai
Seller description: It is unused in a bag, but there is a stapler retouching,
There is a vinyl tear on the mask side.
    Unfortunately, the sword is broken.
    Went for: 35,600 yen
I thought that from the seller's description as; Bandai without using the bag the auction price would end higher, I was afraid that there would be potential buyers who thought that it was indeed the Bandai figure because if they do not have much experience with the Ninja Arashi figures or are starting to collect it would be very easy confuse this bootleg with the Bandai licensed for the inside cards that are printed on the back as the original Bandai.
I found it interesting to share this information with the Ninja Arashi enthusiasts of the board and also that the images of this bootleg remain as a source of consultation, which would be another variable to add to the list of NA bootlegs due to the color (clear red) of the sword and the impression of the inside card on the back.

    Ninja Arashi straight hand bootleg
    Bootleg vs Bootleg
The one on the left is the bootleg that just arrived a few days ago, despite being very similar they have some subtle differences which I will try to mention below.
    1) The vinyl in the figure on the left is a grayer shade tone with a hint of pearly shine, the vinyl on the right is a light sky blue like the helmet. 2) The scarf on the left figure is purple more similar to the one licensed by bandai and the scarf on the right is a navy blue. 3) The tunic of the figure on the left is shorter and has more spikes on the edges, as well as on the front part it has a pair of gold stars painted at the height of the chest that seem to have almost faded due to time. 4) The color of the sword sheaths is different, the one on the left has a red sheath and the one on the right black. 5) The helmet of the figure on the left has red hair more similar to that licensed by Bandai and the one on the right has no hair. 6) The gold paint on the hands and feet is more intense in the figure on the left.

Thank you Jonathan, you should adopt one of these bootlegs for your collection, you will not regret it, the craftsmen on the workshops where these bootlegs were made did a great job for the amount of details and accessories that these toys have. I have also found in photos that exist at least other two variants of these same straight hand Ninja Arashi bootlegs, I hope to be able to hunt them all one by one.
