Anyone know his name, the movie or series he came from, or who produced him? Any particulars at all would be much appreciated. He's about 7.5" tall. Thanks.

I'm ashamed that I can ID this guy, but his name is Guitardo. He's one of the deluxe aliens from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (1st season).

Thank you! You'd think with a name like that that he'd have some resemblance to a guitar, wouldn't you? I got him for a quarter in a yard sale a few years back, always wondered who he was.

I thought he had something to do with music, but I could be mistaken. It's amazing how cheap MMPR stuff is given that the first series is 15+ years old at this point.

Just a family giving selling the toys of their grown up kids along with a whole bunch of genuinely worthless crap. They could have put an original Godzilla prototype up there, if they had found one in their kid's room, or whatever passes for the gold in this genre (I am just learning my way around here) and sold it for a quarter, too. What I love about yard sales.

But I too have no idea what MMPR stuff is worth on any open market.

I collect by the way something looks, or if it sings to me, so to speak, and whether or not it fits into my menagerie of fantasy creatures. Sort of like buying any artwork or collectible: you pay what it's worth to you and, until your eye is developed and your footing secure, guard against being taken. And of course, you learn from your mistakes. I'm sure you know what I mean.

One of these days I'll put up my collection on the forum. I sort of live in it.
