My main question was really why cant we just be cool to each other on here? Why do things have to get people so wound up? Dude wants to come at me with my low posts and tells me to STFU like i am not entitled an opinion so in that case, ya he's an asshole. Any reasonable response would have been appreciated. I am not trying to force any dialogue that isnt wanted i am just making a point. Why do people need to care and be so offended by stuff they dont even care about? It just makes no sense to me and that's all i am getting at.

 

No offense but it's the internet.You sound like a 5th grader. Let it go and move on. People are going to say things you agree with AND not agree with. Getting defensive after every little comment gets annoying and it makes people troll more.
It's like going to a NFL blog knowing FULL well that the people on the blog hate discussing golf and then someone posts."Why can't we discuss golf?..They are both sports...blah blah.
Certain topics and categories aren't really discussed on this board. Make a mental note and move onto the positive stuff.
AND if you disagree send a message...just let this thread die. Too much whining and I'm trying to enjoy the last day before the time change.

 

This isnt a reasonable place. We dont care about that stuff so go talk about it somewhere else. Is that hard to understand? If the majority of this board, that is geared towards Japanese vinyl, doesnt want to see threads about this who are you guys to come here and say we should?

Is this an art toy site or just a kaiju/sofubi site? If it's strictly the latter, then neither Be@rbricks nor Duns should be talked about here. Because they are both just art toys. I think all Noel was asking was what is the difference in the two? Especially when many artists have made both in similar styles. That just seems the same to me. Noel wanted clarification and so did i. I don't know how i am baiting people. If you have no interests in this topic why are you reading about it? The post says what its about. I believe Noel just wanted an adult conversation about the true difference. If you weren't interested in discussing that humanely you shouldn't have read the post. That just looks like you read it to chime in on something that YOU dont like to be a dick head.

 

I realize duns are overproduced shit that has really become garbage. There is no denying that. They suck and should not be talked about. All the dude wanted to know is the true difference in two very similar platform toys. It was an easy original question.

 

Might as well get the randomness started as this thread will probably now continue to go on and on and on and on and on and on and on.

 

Yeah we dont like it, we dont want to keep seeing it pop up in new posts section with another post about how you dont understand that we dont want t discuss it. Bearbrick talk hardly ever pops up.

You don't need a mod to tell anyone this is stupid. Its way stupid. This hole entire post has become stupid. All that had to be said to Noel was, " Well there really is no difference. We just hate duns and feel Be@rbricks are a more legit product with a better artist pool. We don't want to discuss it more because it offends us so case closed." That's all that needed to be said.

I take extra napkins from Chipotle on purpose so I can stash them in my car and use them when drive-thru people don't give me enough napkins.
