In the preview for next week it looks like we might see the beginning of Saul Goodman. Just keeps getting better and better. I know this season is going to end way too soon for me.
Yeah man, I know what you mean. Mike schooling those thugs was a treat. Jimmy returning to his 'office' then destroying his cup holder. Hilarious. So many subtle little beats between the main story. The writing and acting on this show are superb. I hope its winning awards, it deserves awards . . .
As the writing gets worse on Walking Dead and it gets slower and more laboured with each new episode, BCS's writing can hold minutes of inane 'Jimmy can't sleep', 'Jimmy sings bad', 'Mike looks around the house' 'Jimmy checks depositions' and snails-pace story development and still fly by!
twas dancing to the music! I liked how they teased his name change last week with those suits. Not yet!
agreed... I also love how this show does'nt need actual "action" in every episode to keep you locked to your seat.
Yeah, great sequence. I've just caught up. I assume its a 'stinger' that Mike is making with the hose? I believe he's up to some deviously clever shit, that Mike . . . . This episode was strong. A captivating opening sequence with the drug search, excellent drama with Kim battling for Mesa Verde and then 'Fudge' mumbling at the airstrip . . . . that bit made me gut-laugh and it came out of nowhere! It was a nice nod to the Vietnamese nail salon, when Jimmy said 'di di mau' to the photocopy guy. A term used by American soldiers in combat, it was Vietnamese slang for 'hurry up' or 'go away quickly' . . . . or so i've been led to believe by all the Nam books I've read. Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy . . . he never learns. But he's handy with a scalpel and glue. Mike isn't the only devious fucker on the show!
Feel like something has the happen to both Kim, and Chuck as we see neither in Breaking Bad. Jimmy could just really screw Kim over to make her cut ties once and for all, but Chuck pretty much has to die. No way in the world he'd sit back while Jimmy's running the Saul gig. Chuck would have to meddle with that until it was put to an end.
So difficult to pick a favorite moment this week... Might well be this one with the airmen and the public masturbator.
Report at the 26 minute mark: I may have selective memory here, but I think Kim might be my favorite female character on television ever. Had to take a breather. 23 minutes to go.
"I'm buying a round for the house . . ." I cheered too, when Mike did that. That has to be one of the best episodes so far!
Rewatching BB s5 and just noticed that the place where Jimmy takes Kim for celebratory hot dogs is the same place Jesse ends up sleeping right before he goes off on his Santa routine giving everyone in the neighborhood stacks of money.
Spoiler Is there anyway that tape would even be admissible in court? Don't you have to let the other party know you are recording? Anyways. Chuck is good... but Hopefully he starts realizing he does'nt have a damn problem... since his head injury... He didn't look as annoyed by the electricity as he did in earlier episodes. And who left the note for Mike? Nacho was too far away to do that to the horn.
Spoiler I reckon it's someone working for the Chicken Man. He is known for his 1 word warnings I bet you're exactly right, good call! Fantastic finale, season went by way too fast.

Hopefully for a strong season 3 premier! Definitely a cool anagram, i'ts got me excited and sad; while there is still a lot of great tv to be had with this show it won't be til next year.
Mike + Sniper Rifle + Knowing the hit will live. Highly entertaining. Covering the whole house in tin foil and a portable cassette recorder . . . Itsaulgoodman!
