i hope the link in my signature works
thanks man! figuring out colors on a solid color blank is hard enough, these marbled pieces were a challenge for sure!
Sorry, I keep forgetting to scroll up and just look at the latest post!
No, the link in your signature is not a hypertext link. What you can do is COPY the address that you want to link to, write the text that you want to put the link in, then highlight that text and then click the active link button. In the textbox that it brings up you paste your addy and then hit OK.
EDIT: Now it works.... maybe I'm just tired. I have been burning the candle at both ends lately.
i did the thing you suggested! thank you very much
Those CKs look great
thank you!!! and thank you for sculpting such fun guys!
The Alien Hunter DX from earlier was great too. You got the mismatching yellows to work together well.
Seeing the red hands and feet makes me want a red/glitter/glow marbled release now.
people would lose their minds if there were marbled dx's like that lol
Although now that I reread my post, I messed up the order of sentences!
Splurrt CKs - Nice work! Blah blah blah marbled.
DX - Also nice work!!
EYES BUGGIN OUT!
little progress pic. had to stop due to rain (i paint outside)
finished up this morning
birthday gift for space knight connell, a la drunkers
I saw that on IG. Great stuff haha
thanks! its blasted over a kinda gnarly scar but still very fun to do lol
i decided to redesign and resculpt my two existing characters and add a new villain into the mix. these new figures will be 4.75in tall and im aiming to articulate at the arms and waist. both villains share a leg sculpt so i can add new characters and keep similar vibes to them
It's probably because I'm watching old Filmation cartoons lately, but the guy in the hat could be straight out of Bravestarr.
Or maybe a cybernetic Freddy Krueger?
Ahh, this is you. I have both of those figures. A different version of the one in the front tho. Personally, I think they'd make great soft vinyl toys. Is that by chance the direction you're headed? I like the raw, obvious hand-made look, so I hope you don't clean them up too much.
i would really like to! but i wanna put more time in, in resin. i really wanted to have these like fancy computer sculpted but i think youre right, i should sculpt these by hand lol
I'm glad to hear it. Part of the charm of your toys is the hand made quality. Ha, tho truth is, that's how I know them. I'm sure they'll look good however you do em.
Nice new designs by the way I still think they'd do well as vinyl. The designs themselves look better than a lot of new stuff out there right now and remind me of old tokusatsu characters. I can respect your journey however you need to do it tho. Keep us updated!
