^ Really enjoying this King Joe he looks great being the tallest one on the shelf Here's two new faces I was happy to see on a rainy day:
Those colourful guys would cheer up any rainy day blues, that is for darn sure. And I have to say, that portrait photo of ol' Sadular is just darned perfect man. The angles, the lighting, focal shift, his wonderful lines and expression - thrilled to see it. If I wasn't already sold on these toys, I would be now.
A Mori Junker by Wombat Toy Edit: here's a couple more faces Stereogon Not sure who this older fella is? But I really like it and the size Spacetrooper And a wild card. This is a strange one, I managed to buy this 3D print off a guy at the jet turre, Handsome taro table...not sure if he'd made a toy before or what. Oh excuse the silly border things, just playing around
Been wanting a fish guy set for ages. The last two times back to Japan (quite a whiles apart) a complete purple set has been sitting in the window of Mandarake and both times I couldn't afford the jacked up prices. Congrats on this guy.
Thanks~ I don't have the set tho. I scored just him (along with some other wonderful characters) a couple of years ago. That was a good box day
A nice eclectic mix too! Can you name the fish with arms character? I picked up a larger bagged version recently but have no idea about its story.
Agh~ I don't know anything about this character, I hate to say! I had also acquired a slightly larger version with articulated arms that I gave to my best friend. Love it, and will try to score more versions. I had forgotten to dig for info on this critter, but now that you've reminded me, I'll poke around.
@GERMS - Your 'unknown' fella there is Dash 3 (representing the element water) from the series Warrior of Love Rainbowman (愛の戦士レインボーマン). I can't tell for certain just from the close-up pic, but I am guessing it might be a middle size figure from Takatoku. @rattanicus - Superb family Rei. You definitely have a lot of winners there, TE fishman included, but also my all-time personal favorite, the Goji maquette, Bullmark MG, ol' Zarab mini, and the Buta Woo. Such a delight to see so many wonderful toys all bunched in one go. AND, I have to say, that Garuban pendant... my word, I do believe I have the vapours. So utterly cute.
@rattanicus @GERMS The Fish pendant is Oyoge! Taiyaki-kun およげ!たいやきくん Rei could you add it to the pendant sofubi group on flicker ... pleeze! ... EDIT You already did, Cheers
