What a wonderful day! I met so many of you that I have known for years online and saw some familiar and friendly faces I probably haven't seen in 10+ years (OMG @cometdebris and @LamourSupreme and @cesar + kids! <3 So awesome seeing everyone else too! Draculazer Michael, @m3kcomp , @JustinIshmael @Greasebat , Ryan Rutherford, Lulubell Amy & Luke, Met some wonderful new weirdos too! (Zac, & Thomas) The vibe was chill and everything I like about comic con without anything I've grown to hate. Very niche crowd who knows what they're there for. I loved seeing everyone in one place but without being hit in the face with a big foam sword or 10 foot wings. I love you all! This ruled. I hope it's still good next year!

And yeah, some guy with a black hat and a ponytail was there too, but I didn't catch his name.

Saturday was amazing! It was great seeing so many folks again and meeting quite a few new ones. It seems like I missed a few more too.

I hope this was as successful as it seemed for Clutter and Midtown to do this again. Such a great time.

I'll throw my gallery of pics up later , but as time went on, I kept taking less photos, so...meh. There's a couple of good ones.

I really hope this is on again next year as I've managed to talk a buddy into a little transatlantic trip if it is. And I've already starting saving up :)

Here's a crappy jumbled up pic of my scores from Five Points. It was an awesomely rad time. I was able to score my two most anticipated sculpts of 2017, the Met Death Golem and Alien Lazer figures. As well as score my two favorite figures of all time, Slimebat and *Bog Dwellers (*two of the Bog Dwellers were from IG contests from the week preceding 5 Pts.). Despite the army of flippers I was still able to get literally everything I wanted with the exception of an Oni Kid from Comet Debris. I completely overlooked Koji's booth until it was too late. I can't be mad though, I still made out like a bandit! These things can be tricky cuz it's like sensory overload, y'know? I had an absolutely killer time hanging out with my favorite collectors, as well as my favorite artists. I think that's becoming my favorite aspect of this hobby. I mean, what other hobbies can you say your favorite artists are your best friends? Also had a wonderful time meeting new people, as well as putting names to faces. As always, there's a couple people I seem to miss. Hope to get up with them next time. Again, can't be mad. In retrospect, all my memories of the event have this sorta warm glow about them. Very pleased.

Even though I was only able to attend the event on Saturday, I took Sunday to recoup. Also, scheduled off today so I could take the day to watch the first four episodes of Twin Peaks and play with toys. Plus travelling across several States\states and back again in one day can be quite exhausting. Don't get it twisted the glass is still half empty, but I will hold onto days like these as long as I can. Sometimes it's ok to just appreciate being alive.

Pushead had a bag of Skull ORMs, I believe 10. They were beautifully poured. Double pour w/ interior marble.

You're in Bog Dweller heaven, DAMN!! I'm jealous. What is that toy that kind of looks like a dweller (blue/green)? And I love how that ooze mini looks like it's wearing a pink headband  Also, Michael and Johan's booth might have been the coolest booth in the building, so much awesome stuff. Sweet haul, man!

Bummed I missed everybody on Saturday but still got to see plenty of friends/collectors/artists and some new ones too yesterday. Sunday was way slower from what I heard, but it was nice. I still got a ton of toys I wanted, I'll post my haul later. AWESOME event and I hope Clutter continues in the future.

Yep, I'm lovin' my new Dwellers other Patrick! I must take better pix of them in an attempt to do the beautiful pours justice. The toy in question is a Forecaster by Green Plastic Tunnels, I will tag you on IG. Glad to hear you still had a rad time on Sunday, and hopefully Bermuda was awesome too! Michael and Johan's booth was definitely hopping. I think I stopped by every hour or so. Thanks man!

Thanks to the fella who shot this, who also recorded a pretty good booth lo down convo.

I didn't realize there was a thread for Five Points here! I was wondering why no one was talkin' about it. Glad my insomnia brought me to this section! I had an absolute blast. Most of my time was spent behind the Lulubell booth, but even then I met a TON of awesome people, both from this forum and from Instagram. Putting faces to the names has become one of my favorite aspects of the conventions, even more so to make slightly tighter friendships with said people. Lots and lots of awesome booths with phenomenal offerings up and down. I'm already anxiously awaiting next year, and hoping even more peeps from the community can manage the trek. Only "complaint" I can express is finding out through haul photos who people were after they'd already gone home. Missed opportunities for introductions, but there's plenty more chances to come. Huge, special thanks and hugs to Lulubell for having me out with them again, and to Black Drove and ISH for being super rad booth neighbors! Here's my haul from the Con! Couldn't be happier! The Cinema Monster and Sirenito are from the mail upon my return to the desert.

What happens at Five Points, stays at Five Points.

It was awesome meeting you and so many other folks. I totally agree about discovering other missed opportunities after the fact for both meeting people and seeing some booths. There were some resin pieces I wanted to check out and totally blanked at show. Oh, well.

Here's a few pics of some stuff from Five Points:
