i thought something like this might happen after i picked up my black unpainted 'bat. we seem to be made to suffer, it's our lot in life.
there are no new black unpainteds (i would never re-release something without some distinction or purpose) this is painted only. And for anyone out there tryna cheat , the original black release has a different foot stamp from all the other releases, so you can tell.
Didn't know that! So the OG black used a different mold than all the rest? Did that one also have the little cut on the right hand?
The first couple vinyls had a foot logo that was removed, sculptors initials. I like black vinyl, but like Chad said, once it's done, it's done. Maybe black with glitter someday!
That's what that odd looking mark is, it looks like someone buffed something there. thanks for the insight.
Not really, just something that wasn't agreed upon. I think a different logo was supposed to be there but it never happened- too expensive to add later.
I'm generally a "it's your toy do with it what you will" kind of person, but anybody that strips this beauty deserves a punch in the nose and a kick in the ass
Thanks Matt. Initially somebody said they sold in five minutes! I think it was a mistake though, in any event, they sold out in a few hours for sure. Happy that people like the little guy. I can't wait to officially unveil the next Monster Worship project, I'm super excited about it.
Need an orange Greasebat? Rotofugi found some from TK3: http://www.rotofugi.com/toyscart/pc/vie ... duct=10783
No info other than I just got mine in the mail earlier last week We were asked to refrain from posting pics so it would be a nice surprise for everyone when opening. It looks great though.
Yeah... I saw the pictures too... It looks GREAT though! I just finished a bike build using the same colors... Coincidence??? Hmmm... I think I'm going to change my white chain to pink and paint a Greasebat face (Or better yet, slap a Greasebat Sticker) where the front badge should be and call this sucker my "Greasy Grocery Getter"!
