I have been lurking here and a few other places for a little while. I am an industrial designer from NJ and within the past few years i have fallen headlong into this crazy world of toys. Now, on to the reason that i decided today was the day to reveal myself on this board. A few months ago i got a new 3-d modeling system but have been to busy with other projects to really get into it. This morning i fired it up and screwed around for about an hour and this is what came out. I am not claiming it is highly original, but it was fun and i thought some of you might get a kick out of it. peace, brutherford
hey what is with your avatar??????? I bought my dogs some balls to chew on that looked exaclty like those things, did you design them or something?????
Welcome to Skullbrain Your design would make an awesome henshin Cyborg head. I know Auto CAD 3-D, but would love to play with some more "organic" looking software.
man my pitbull loves them!!!!!! she chewed the feet off of both of them and then she chewed the horns off of the devil looking one!!!!!!! I thought it was a funny idea when I saw them at the pet store so that is why I picked them up!!!!!!!
my dog loves them too. they are always on the bed and they keep him away from my toys. rad you have made your self known on here, see you on myspace.
My pug swallowed a foot from one of those toys. Sat in her stomache for a week before she puked it up. Cost me $250 in vet bills also. Cool toy though.
She's fine. She has a problem with eating things she shouldn't. That's the downside of owning a pug. They have a one track mind. Eat.
I'm glad she's ok. Little dogs can be real tenacious. I have seen tons of dogs playing with all different toys, some are so delicate and some are just monsters. But it really is crazy to watch a dog that weighs less than my shoe shred a solid piece of rubber in under 5 minutes. thanks i think once i get some more free time i am going to model a whole figure and see about prototyping it. I'll try and document the process. brutherford
welcome, i love the model. makes me think of some recent "sci-fi" movies, only 10x better. no, 20x. love to see what you've got after some time with your modeling program!
