    It seemed high at first, but with all the molds that had to be made and the time it must take to put just one of these together...Yeah. I'm convinced that IluIlu is a machine.

    For what it is worth, I think that the signs from Andy's photos were actually mixed up, but can anyone confirm for certain? It seems like the posted sets are the micros and the minis come with the Commader. No biggie, just clarifying for anyone just seeing them. Can we get any confirmation on the overall sizes of the toys? I still am under the impression they are on the smaller scale (say, maybe below standard sized, or around 6-7"), bigger than the Gorillas and other Ilu Ilu figures, but possibly smaller than some people think when seen in person.

    I was just making a joke. There is definitely a lot of uncompensated time that goes into running a blog and covering these events; I'm sure people appreciate the coverage even if we don't always say so.

    I was wondering about some of those same questions since part of the Ilu Ilu aesthetic up until now seems to be smaller toys that pack a punch.

    Andy will most likely list the size info, at least, in the upcoming KaijuKorner Techno Loaders breakdown though.

    They're abou seven and a half inches. Here's a pic by Saku_bun that shows it next to the Gorz.

    Signs were mismatched at one point. Sakaguchi-san put them back in order, but I think it was after I snapped some of the pics. There was a LOT of checking out of the sample figures by just about everyone, so stuff got picked up, played with, and turned around.

    Size is around 7" for Victor and 1.5" or so for the micros. And around .5" for the ultra micro. I'll try to get the Victor focus post up within a few days on my site. So, any other details I have will be there in a bit.

    shit, looks like they even have details sculpted on the male joints of the arms, that can be seen through the clear vinyl on the shoulder. ilu ilu are fuckin masters

    Didn't think it was possible to be more in love with this toy. So inspirational - he's unmatched as a toy maker as far as I'm concerned. Truly, astounding. Thanks for the in-depth look, Andy! About the closest I can ever imagine getting to seeing it for real.

    Fuck, how does one open the Commander boxes without destroying them? The slip sleeve is obvious, but the next box is a mystery. Never seen anything like it before. Anyone?
