I don't know.... Just thought it would be easier via email. Isn't that how most people communicate in situations like these? I could call, then I would have to go through the awkwardness of having to explain the whole situation to someone. Tell them my order #, they have to look it up right on the spot, I'll have to hold on the phone, etc. Honestly, I'm just trying to avoid the "Uhh, umm..." moments via phone. In my mind, it just seems more of hassle; when via email, the info and explanation is all there, it could be boom boom done. Without the human interaction . Plus I still owe shipping, cause I chose hold for combined shipping. They're gonna have to send me an invoice. Either way, it's gonna end up in emails. Don't get me wrong, I'm not freaking out. I don't need my order now now now, I'm patient with my toys. Hence the no call, and rather wait for an email response. I already waited two weeks since my first inquiry, so I'm definitely in no rush. HOWEVER, I waited two weeks for no response, which isn't really in a timely manner.
