GID Himalan I was on the fence about these, until I saw this GID green version. The only other factor after this is $$price$$.
this is really beautiful. its very challenging to produce this new version. the gid fulcraim and gid dx blobpus are also truly masterpiece. so many good stuff.
I also got the top one. Yhere was something about him. Yes I agree I was taken aback by the size, very substantial.
it's a very cool piece of vinyl for sure, I was lucky enough to score #1 out of 42...!!! what number did you get...?
, not sure mate. Getting no1 is kinda cool, but Im just happy to have one Hes staring back at me now. I think he just tooka toke. itokin hetokin weall tokin
It's something for my gf and I to BOTH enjoy lol. riiight. It's definitely not going to end up on her shelf haha.
right on. these things are fascinating! i especially dig the gid/un-gid animated pic! i've seen some Itokin Park stuff on message boards and blogs and whatnot, but i can't seem to find any place that sells them. any info on that?
Necro-bump. But I have a question for any resident Itokin experts. I picked up this Himalan on Manda, it was laeled as the first realease Pearl White. But it looked a little odd, since that release wasn't headered but had a laminated card, and the white looked a bit flat. I assumed maybe it was a later release I never caught meant to duplicate the pearl white ver. So I got it in hand, and it was very clear the figure was painted white over what looked like red vinyl, you could see the red below areas that had less coverage. Popped it open and yes, it was red/orange vinyl. Does anyone have any information on this release? Was it a late run or perhaps a 1-off?
Wow, that's really weird... and intriguing! Wasn't there a Himalan on orange-red vinyl? This is pure speculation, but I wonder if he made this as a gift to someone- perhaps to replace a defective white Himalan, or one that was promised to them but never delivered. Dream Rocket did something like this with the first release Marnon for one of the collectors that used to be on this board... he ended up painting the clear vinyl Marnon with the color scheme of the pink first release version.
