    So far I am okay with what is shown in the teasers, James sculpting is excellent, but I am not as excited as when I first saw King Korpse... This will all come down to what the head looks like.

    That's exactly what I was thinking. There's the Triceratops head, which I can't recall living on Skull Island (though it's possible, since there are other dino types), but as an alternate head to sexy rexy, it may not count as an official release in the line anyhow.

    Is this sarcasm? Painted run could not be completed so everyone who bought the painted was offered the meat Rexx as a replacement, or a refund. Details are probably posted in this thread somewhere.

    No man not sarcasm. I held on for a long time and finally got a refund. I never did find out, but the last I heard Amy said via the newsletter that it was finally going to happen. It just surprised me, I thought it happened.

    It seems that a blank white triceratops head was thrown in as a gift for those who ordered the cancelled painted version, one of which I just scrolled past on ebay going for $350 (go figure!).

    Anyone else not receive email/tracking number for the Rexx yet?

    It is a very light grey Triceratops head. They had mentioned there would be random colors, so we'll probably see a few different versions. Amy said these would ship out in batches. My guess is there were quite a few ordered, plus they are big, so shipping them from Japan and then to everyone might take time. They were pretty quick with the meat Zug, so I'm guessing you'll get your Rexx soon.

    It's worth the wait. I stared at mine all night. Took a whole shelf of my detolf, just Rex fits in there. Absolute showpiece of my collection. The marbling makes the eyes look dead even, I don't know how they poured it so artfully. Bravo Amy, and Lulubell, you guys are the absolute best!!!!
