^^^^ It's Kaiju Gyo, from the 1972 horror comic of the same name. Kazuo Umezu was the artist, and this is based on his drawings. This figure is made in China, but is seriously huge and super detailed. Very weird. Art Storm (a division of Fewture) was the company that produced it, along with a bunch of other huge, strange figures, some from the Ultraman manga from the 60s. Baltan, Dada, etc. It's clear vinyl with... so many sprays both inside and out. I really like it.
