I hear ya! We almost bought a house this past winter/spring, but ended up walking away from it because the seller wouldn't put in a new sewer line, among other things. VERY glad we walked away. We're finally starting to see the prices level off, and maybe some air being bled from the bubble. Theres a GLUT of houses on the market right now, but the sellers still think they can get what they would have gotten a year or two ago.

 

I don't want a crash but a nice pull back might be nice.

I don't mind bating and manipulating but the endless attacks back and forth really need to stop.

I usually don't spell check on message boards but I think people that write books should (and fact check!).

My opinions are obviously biased but I know how much hard work goes into a good project/product.
