Lowbrow Power Mister giveaway

I painted this guy up with Monster Kolor for the Kaiju for Japan sale. Needless to say it did not sell and has been sitting in a drawer since. I didn't set out to be lowbrow but after I painted it I decided it looked like something that would go around cleaning toilet so I added the extras. So without further ado:
