Not sure exactly where to put these and they probably won't be to some people's taste produced by Max Factory (but made in China) These are some big ass robots:

Is this a continuation of Big Oh? I have been way out of it for anime.

On another note Max always makes killer looking toys! The Go Nagai series he did of prepaints years ago were amazing.

Loved Big O. They never made enough toys. I would have killed for those in high school!

14". Be sure to ship them via SAL if you order from Japan. The boxes are enormous.

Big Duo's Box is especially huge. They are 12-13" tall but Big Duo for example is nearly 17" from elbow to elbow! Big Duo was a gift to me and I bought Big Fau via ebay for near retail with free shipping. These are companion pieces to the Max Factory Diecast Big O which is also over a foot tall.

True they barely made anything toy wise. They only made some sort of gashapon set, Bandai Big O, Bandai Big Duo, Bandai SOC Diecast Big O, these two and the Max Factory Big O and a Figma Dorothy and Roger (was toy show exclusive).

If you take your your time you can find these still for about $150 but they are getting more expensive so I'd recommend going after them soon.

These characters were the other major megadeuses in the series:

Don't forget the two Big O vinyls from Bear Model.

I remember when these were first solicited, no one could tell whether they were fully-assembled, painted unbuilt kits or something else entirely. By the time the listings were corrected, preorders were over, so I had to chase them down on the secondary market. I think they were about 10,000 yen each, but the shipping killed me.

Damn I forgot the two Bear Models. There are also some other various model kits, keychains and such. I've missed a Bear Model Big O twice on here for cheap!

I *almost* pulled the trigger on the Big Duo. Love that face! But at the end of the day, I just couldn't justify that price for a "realistically" styled robot. If Bear Model ever did a Big Duo or Fau in the same style as their Big O, I'd be all over them!

I felt pretty much the same until I got Big Duo as a gift it's pretty impressive in hand but yes still expensive. Now the Big O to go with them... ouch.

Well, that's the thing...Daniel alluded to it above, but a LONG time ago (well before their gokin offering), Max Factory put out a fully-painted, but uncut/unassembled vinyl kit of Big O. I'm *fairly* certain they used this same sculpt as the basis of their gokin years later, but either way, it was magnificent. Same scale as the new vinyls, of course. I had it...but it died a horrible, screaming death at the hands of a vengeful ex-girlfriend ( ).

Anyway, if you can track that down (and are handy with a hobby knife), you'd be good to go. Unless, of course, you DO wanna pony up the cash for the gokin!

I'm cool with the Bear Model O's (thanks to Daniel for the hook up on one of 'em!).

Damn I'll look for that, the diecast though is mighty tempting! Although I already really love the SOC as well. If anyone else has a spare Bear Model version head it this way!
