Cerrone got ROCKED super early, but came back HUGE His interview with Joe Rogan was pretty funny too!
Agreed Mark.. Frankie won, and fought like a champion... Took those hard ass leg kicks... Presses forward, and knocked down benson 2 times by throwing leg kicks back!
Wow, that Miesha Tate fight should make Dana reconsider females in the UFC. They went harder than lots of other fighters as of late.
That was a good one, but then the fight between Yamanaka vs. de Randamie was pretty much garbage. The only reason I'm watching is to see Rousey collect another arm, so I have no problem watching the females fight!! oh and there's this:
Just listened to the UFC151 media call... Dana White said that Dan Henderson got injured, and Jon Jones didn't want to fight Chael. So now since there's no main event, the whole card is cancelled. Such a bummer
Jon Jones will now face former champion Vitor Belfort for the UFC light heavyweight championship on September 22 in Toronto, as today's bizarre series of events has taken yet another twist.
I don't get FUEL TV and AFN didn't air the event, but in the interview with Le on UFC.com they show the knock out and damn Franklin was knocked STUPID
Some of those hard ass KO's make me feel bad. It's rough watching somebody struggle like that to get their head and body reconnected.
Watching SFL. Super Fight League, mma fights in India. Fights have been decent, if a bit one sided, so far. But the production is terrible. They keep cutting to close ups of audience member's faces in the middle of the fight. Yet you hear the announcers saying, "He connects with a nice left hook and wobbles his opponent!" Super annoying. Then, they cut back to the fight for a lull in the action. Makes me appreciate UFC even more.
Go Georges, hoping for a good showing from Hominick too. Spoiler So happy for Menjivar, such a happy go lucky local character here in Montreal !
^No kidding. Poor Mark, that Garza dude is something special. A hell of a giant 155 er and super keen.
