    @paulk - I was super broke when you had your sale so I missed out, and had to bite my tongue/break my fingers when I saw those super deals, but that story warmed my heart!

    The top three are the milky green vinyl that came out at the same time as the creme dinos; the other 8, pale green inclusive, are leftovers from the GID releases.

    Yeah, the whole line on these came out of the blue and was very strange indeed. I would be very interested to know the full story, though I doubt we ever will. Buying a 'blind' offered toy like that really paid off in this instance, as those painted dinos are gorgeous. Alas, if only it hadn't had to come from that source. A beautiful trio you picked up @Fedhai, congratulations! I really love the colours on these, and they seem executed quite well too, whoever did them. Always love Edmontonia, but in that 'Tokyo' colour scheme, he is so tasty.

    If anyone else managed to grab some of these, please do share, I would love to see what other paints are out there.

    Very nice man! It is honestly making me sad how little we get to see new Buta figures on here anymore with the significant loss of any 'international' venues from which to purchase them. I am sure I am not the only person on here really feeling the pain the last couple of years with the way the retail pipeline has dried up. :(

    I am pretty sure that I have never gotten a Buta at less than third hand, so the trickle down thing really hurts. It has always been tough, it's just gonna get to be more of a "prove your love" exercise I think. But hey, I'm wrong a lot.

    Oh, that pearl-muncher is just so lovely, Grace! Man, it stings even more now to not have one of these fellas coming to see such wonderful shots of them. I am happy at least some very luck SBers got a lead on some of the new Buta toys, but boy I wish it weren't such a minefield (and costly) to navigate.
