I think they're in the process of making the banner smaller as requested.

 

i like it too...nice and minimal. it doesn't compete with the pics of toys.

 

I'm fine with garish, but subtlety is a virtue that's often overlooked. (ie: the banner's pretty cool, IMO).

He's the manager of one of the groups.
