good season for my chargers, i was happy they even made it to the playoffs after a 4-8 start.
in the end, injuries always haunt them. this year, LT's groin and merriman. those are our 2 best players on offense and defense. should be a good season next year with them back.

as for now, i give steelers the credit, but i'm rooting for the eagles the rest of the season
    late on this, but thanks.

    GO STEELERS!

w00t! Just got back from watching the divisional game with friends (Chargers fans). And now Baltimore.

I'd love to see a Steelers/Cards SuperBowl myself. I'm always rooting for first-timers to get to the big game. If Arizona goes, that just leaves Cleveland, Detroit, Jacksonville, New Orleans, and Houston. The Cards have been around a long, long time and I'd like their fans to see them go to the show.

God, I love this time of year.

Here's something a little disturbing, even for a Steelers fan:

I'm of the opposite mind frame. I think it gives the Superbowl a more mythical element when there are teams that haven't made it to the big game and teams that never win the big game.

I'm hoping for an all PA Superbowl

It's all about your roots, Joe. I'm from 'Sconnie but live in Seattle. Was I rooting for Seattle in their Super Bowl? Nope...I wanted to see the opponent (it was the Steelers, but it wouldn't have mattered who it was...except for the Broncos) stick to Holmgren and Hasselbeck. Does that make me a turd? Probably!

Yeah, i Live in AZ. But I grew up in NE Ohio. For some reason we had a feed from a Pittsburgh station on our TV so we always got the Pittsburgh games

The Steelers wore black and looked bad-ass.

Thats how i picked my team when i was 6

I don't think there was any way for me to be anything other than a Packer fan, with my household. With all the crap I pulled as a kid, "rebelling", the only thing that would have REALLY pissed pops off would been to become a Bears fan!
