If you don't like it don't buy it and keep your mouth shut, you should think yourselves lucky for what you have got.

You’re a faceless avatar telling people on a discussion board to keep their mouths shut. It’s a discussion board. People are discussing things. I feel extremely lucky for everything I’ve been able to collect and the relationships I’ve forged. The only difference between me saying something is awesome, and something sucks, is goofs like you that don’t agree with the latter and get all soaked in piss and tears for some reason.

Ha, I wish I had some kind of artistic talent! Can someone here get me in on that sweet, sweet graphic design money? Anyone looking for a typesetter? I promise I've got the OCD level of scrutiny to examine minutiae of work and lend my opinions thereon.

Oh, I didn’t even notice the photography comment. I’m definitely not glued to a computer screen. To a camera outdoors, maybe. That takes way longer than any other part of the process, but it’s still a hobby. If I could make a living taking toy photos I’d laugh at anyone that would think it’d be an insult to me. Even if people ARE glued to monitors at art schools, so what? Glued to graphic design and photography isn’t all that different from a passion perspective than artists glued to the clay they’re sculpting for the toys we collect. What a dumb comment.

this nerd really came to a discussion board and got mad folks were, discussing.

it's 2020 and theres a new soft vinyl toy designer out every few days. think ourselves lucky with what we've got? theres an abundance of art in this medium and there will always be conversation in art. if this were 1963 and you were a child and the target audience for a godzilla toy... yeah maybe ya cant be picky but guess what bucko that aint the case. log off, take a nap, come back without your lil grumpy pants

Oh. You’re an asshat. Judging by all 20 of your posts spanning 4 years since your join date, I see you’re a malcontented troll who pops in from time to time to be an asshat. Which, considering this is skullbrain, is impressive. Time to dust off the trust ignore button. Goodbye.

Not sure if you were following Roger, but I was just involved in a conversation in instagram about the Medicom AA Gojis being very 'VP-like' in their quality. This was.... disheartening, to put it mildly. As Daniel was saying, and yourself, there was no question that these toys had some quality issues, which by today's standards are not quite there. To hear that such a cool toy, from a 'quality' maker like Anraku, is subject to these issues now in 2019/20, is unfortunate, especially considering the price differences in these toys and the methods of marketing/sale they use. I know the Medicom stuff has been pegged for the quality issues on these in the past, but I thought that it was more paint-related. If the vinyl is also a major issue, than you sort of have to start wondering where it will lead to next.

Oh, sorry, was I talking about silly vinyl dollies again in this thread? How could I be so silly? Forget I started, and carry on as you were.

You must be one of those graphics or photography people who was glued to the computers at art schools.

If something is fugly to me, I want to see if other people think the same about it. If someone actually likes it and has a counter opinion, I want to hear it too.

We’re sharing and discussing things, making jokes, and trash talking together. It’s all in good fun. If this somehow offends you, then maybe this thread isn’t the place for you. We all have some pretty thick skin here.
