Here's a full picture... So are these going onsale online? Is this a "normal" release or were just a few made for Toy Festival?
Thanks! Missed it somehow... My work computer doesn't load pictures on most websites (blocked) so sometimes I can't see them and didn't read carefully. Thanks again!
Heh...remember when these toys were the hottest shit on this website? Well, fuck the world, *I* still love these fuckers. And I finally got these...and they're fucking awesome! I totally wanna kitbash some huge guns to clip on over the beefier robots' gun hands. Honestly, I was *really* hoping Toygraph would do new arms for these guys, but the new chests and helmets are good enough for me. Actually, the "SR" on their chests are a bit cheesey...I woulda prefered circuit boards or something. Anyway, the glittery vinyl is hard as hell to photograph and still look cool, but what can ya do? Here's a group shot with the original SR with gid head leading the way...
I have to admit that those black and grey ones with the armor piece are really pretty slick... makes me wonder why they released those primary color bootleg-looking things first.
Vombie, they were solicited on Toygraph's blog about a month ago. I dunno if they have any more available, but you could always try e-mailing them. If not...I guess it's Y!J... Ben, the new chest is an all-new piece. It's not a separate armor piece that fits over the old chest. The new helmet (which is fucking AWESOME, by the way!) is removable just like the old style.
I have to admit I stopped paying attention, but I thought at one point they said there would be no more space troopers....?
Sanjeev...The new Space Robot set looks great! I have the black painted one and hope I can grab those three new ones.
Dear Santa, this year, let me please have the opportunity to get this. That's all. I'll do the rest of the work. Thank you and your staff. pic lovingly lifted from K.C. TM
A few new Space Troopers dropped last night/morning... The rest are on the blog... http://blog.toygraph.shop-pro.jp/
Hopefully there will be a renewed interest in these guys as I'd love to have them stick around and fully materialize into a full line, complete with command centers and human resistance fighters I've always felt that space troopers were on the expensive side though, which is a shame, because I'd love to amass an army of them, as I feel that's how they're best represented, but for now I've been limiting myself to (mostly) a single toy per different head sculpt. Nice take on the Space Trooper Brian, I think you've found a hit on your hands I know I'm collecting a few.
