here are some of mine, I'm a little embarrased to post em as a year on and my collection is still tiny and i am still finding my feet as to what i am into.....\
They weren't big sellers . . . pretty sure Roto still had 'em up until just before SDCC. edit - Just checked . . . . they still got the white!
What I like about yours, Donnie, is that though you seem to have a theme (Pirates, Wings, Stevens) BUT they're not all together, they're kinda just splashed in there with each other. It's cool.
that is a pretty impressive collection for one year just got that junkspot evil great figure( now to hunt down the rest)
yeah great advice, i mean i love sb but to much has passed for me to make headway and then i am a bit fascist about colours ..i dont like all colourways so what is the point , i recently got rid of my pirates (gid/blood/clot) cause they were too clean and didn't look right (IMO) and my girlfriend rearanged my shelves as i had them all grouped together, she is now saying she is going to start collecting bb filled vinyl ! but as i dont its no competition (phew!)
Ya, the La La's are nice. They eye lights up great to. Has a little led or something in it. I still have the black, pearlescent white, and pink flocked in my shop over at grumbletoy... Does that count as a shameless plug?... anyway, if you are looking.
I guess it was originally a monkey king exclusive, then the remainders were opened up for other shops to carry.
I recently added some stuff and did some re-arranging so I guess a few pix are appropos. This is a shot of most f my workspace/toyhole in downtown San Francisco. I dont have any toys at home really.
the Ultraman is my oldest existing vinyl that I myself purchased. I bought him in 1982 or 1983 if memory serves me correctly.
turd-wielding booger chan is one of my favorites. this was a pre-painted softvinyl that had to be assembled. Anyone know why he/she is holding a golden turd?
I finally got around to setting this monster up- it almost 3 feet long and it lights up. pretty cool.
That Falcon is awesome! Also way to rock the Planet of the Apes a little there, one Labor Day weekend me and my wife sat throught the whole "saga." What's that again, the Law Giver statue?
the totally stupid thing is that I have just as much crap, if not more packed away. I need to sell all that stuff
