I may end up checking this out. My kid has a group of online friends, most of whom are in GA, and a couple are already planning to attend Momocon. I think one might be boothing in artists alley. No vendor list yet. I wonder if any non anime related makers will be there. Hmmm

I applied for a table. Is anyone else going?

 

My daughter still wants to go, mostly to see friends in GA, and more for the anime side of things. If there were Japanese makers attending, like at gfest, I'd be very interested. Really depends on if I can renew my lease. Might have to move around that time.

 

I'm not going to have a table there but I still plan on attending.

 

@Roger did they say no to your application, or was it too expensive?

 

I got waitlisted and they asked for more info. I was trying to line something up but it looks like it's not going to happen, so I told them I wanted to withdraw my application. Also, the more I thought about it, running a table by myself for four days wasn't appealing.

 

Yeah no sh*t. 4 days would be completely brutal.
