so i've started working on some skate decks and i ran into a reoccurring problem. i have no place to work on them. i'm doing a lot of work with spray paint so i need room and living in an apartment doesn't help. usually i have to work in the middle of the day when my landlord is out and put down tons of newspaper or a drop cloth and its a pain in the ass, or find a parking lot at night and spray, but thats really risky. so i wanted to know if anyone had any suggests or knowledge of rentable work space in san fran?

There are some art studios in SF that you can rent.
If I lived closer I'd totally find some people to chip in for one.

Try Art Xchange. They have a decent rent space price. Don't know if they allow spraypaint, but you can always ask.

move in with your girlfriend when her old roommate moves out, pay equal rent, turn extra bedroom into studio. that's what I did this month. and it is fucking killer.
