That colorway does suit him quite well! Kinda wish this was the version offered internationally! But the star of that show is gonna be his new rooster Kaiju.

 

I'm going but I usually don't like to make an ass (mule) of myself.

Just a quick before work pick of Zanglier and Cornel Seijin that just landed. The chicken kaiju is on a lovely dark orange vinyl and the paint work is flawless. Cornel is on a paler than flesh vinyl and has great textures. Really great work from Mr. Yamomark

So... Marmit has sculpted a Graboid head then?



EDIT: Yeah, I need to read better. Chimply already said that was based on Tremors.

 

Akamatsu-san president of Marmit sculpted the head. Most likely it's probably for Skull Head Butt or Wombat Toys.

Looks like I was wrong. Akamatsu-san will release this under his own studio Karzworks.

 

Apologies if this has been mentioned before . . . . i had no idea there was a mini version of ol' kingy.

I know! I am on the look out for some as well there is a few really bright ones that look cool, minty, pinky. Keep imagining loads of them all swarming around a mama.

 

This image from the blog looks really special. He says he wanted an effect that was more "goldfish" like. I am only able to acquire mini pieces at the moment

 

Was wondering if anyone could identify the header card in this image. Just out of interest I never bought it or anything.

The header states Nakayoshi Kaiju Series.

 

I believe this was from the batch of Boguras painted by Nakayoshi, which is why it includes his header card and not Yamomark's. There was more or less one of each. From the Dokidoki show in Osaka in 2012.

Those were some fantastic customs; great vintage-style paint schemes. Wonder where they all ended up.
