It works great. Usually when I use fluorescent colors they dry flat. Sometimes I like it flat and sometimes I want a gloss. I usually just keep my gloss in the bottle it came in. And when I want gloss I wait until I'm finished and after I clean up I drop a small amount in the cup, thin it accordingly and shoot it. It has been great for me.

    E,

This is a good question.....LASH is into that flat look....and he's right, they look super tight in person.....just picked up that orange molten Chaos from the TT show, an amazing piece in person......but I think that mebbe some clear might keep that paint in better shape over time.....?

    Rich what's the word?

Well so far I haven't noticed any difference between the paints. Flat will "grab" easier so it will take a scuff but as far as adhesion they are pretty much the same.

But like all paints some go on a thinner in some areas and that is where a scuff or issue can arise.

I'm still learning so when I feel 100% confident I will be able to say for sure. But as far as I can tell right now the only difference is the color of the finish.

I'm gonna do an all black figure pretty soon. The only difference will be from the matte finish and gloss finish on the parts. Kind like ghost patterns :)

Matte finish is cool stuff and BxH made it so :)
