I was not aware of Octonauts until now, and I am forever grateful.
I don't have a kid to enjoy it to it's fullest, but I am a long time aquatic-life nerd, and that shit is undeniably cute - what's not to love?

Those octonaughts toys are so well made they look like old 70s toys that have been kept in mint condition. (Shit, that doesn't make sense.)
Not into the show but those look great.

actually it does make perfect sense, as i felt the exact same way.
i had never heard of the show, and when i first saw those toys i totally thought they were old quirky/cute vintage toys.
really can't believe they are mattel modern kids toys. they look awesome. and the kids can play with them in the tub too!

I was fooled too. I looked at these pics and thought these were vintage toys. I might have to buy these for my niece to play with when she visits just so I can have a excuse to have these around. I like them.

Got replacement pads for an old pair of headphones my dad gave me.

That is not an amazing thing, but what is amazing is that Senheisser is still manufacturing pads for a 'vintage' product (I think these HD-424 came out in the mid-70's & have not been available for at least 25 years). They sound great & comfortable, but the foam pads rot.

Bless those Germans for not believing that anything over 6 months old belongs in the land fill! And they were cheap!

These look pretty sweet, how's the sound compare to modern Sennheisers or modern headphones in general?

Nothing special. Just a pair of shoes I discovered in one shop in Belgium. They didn't have my size and I couldn't find them in any other store. I became obsessed with finding them when I got home only to discover you can't order European Adidas from the USA. Some Jeb dude from the UK was kind enough to order and ship them to me. They just arrived. I'm psyched!

Image

I probably paid more that I should have to get them, but we know how that goes when you get obsessed with finding something.

Lack of Interest / Weekend Nachos splits for the distro. The green one is staying with me (obviously). I don’t even think these are officially out until next week.

5 copies of the Impalers 7” on No Way Records. The one on red I’m keeping for myself (obviously).
