Does anyone know if the rumored blue unpainted mini zag is for real or a myth? Lucky bag? Production mini zag that was circulated to friends of Gargamel unpainted? Any info, anyone?

OH, by the way, I talked to Brian at Super 7 on Saturday, and he told me that he believes Gargamel may not produce many more, if any, mini zags after the KT release in December. They want to move on new figures. Damn shame, but life goes on. Of course Max Toys will be releasing another Zag, but I dont know if it is a full size or a mini. Lame! I hope they produce one every once in awhile! I am glad they dont go over board I kind of dig that hard to find stuff!

I believe 17, 18, and 19 are not releases, but rather blanks. I was not aware of no. 19, however. Anyone have a picture of that one?

Nice list! I have 23 of those plus a full size custom Bwana. They are not cheap to collect.

Is it orange or flesh?

A flesh light orange was released early, but I am unaware of any orange blank that was a release. That is why I said that it must be a blank, just as Frank probably sold some blank glows, although at the time he told me that he could not. Some people may have stripped his paint, however, too.

In reviewing the list, I have never seen no. 16 either, and did not know it existed. Perhaps it was a blank that is very rare?

this list is kinda messy now with the full size and mini's both being listed seperately. i'm thinking a 2 seperate threads, or one consecutive list, mixing both minis and full sizes together.

This list should have al the dates (year) of releases as well.

Also, what category would the Kozik Zags fall under?

I don't really consider those official Gargamel production releases since Kozik painted them...
or are they? That's how I'm rationalizing not adding them to my almost complete run anyway. Lol!

Jeez, I didn't realize he painted so many. Any of the ones I've seen by him all had paint issues ie:
paint rubbed off, scuffs....what was the deal with all those?

The paint Frank used never really dries and is tacky. Often it sticks to the bags he put them in.

As for the list, I think it has many problems and is far from correct or complete.

This reminds me of what is wrong with the world.You have two guys digging a hole and ten guys standing around with clipboards trying to come up with new ways of making the hole deeper.

when it comes to digging holes, i will always grab the clipboard position first.
