Found pics of a completed set of these enamel badges from 1971.
(i posted pics of a set a while ago but they were far from complete).
As far as i can tell they were a magazine promotion manufactured by Bandai.

Love those pig guys next to the Pekos, anyone know who they are a mascot for? That is assuming they are..
