I havent looked over here in a while and these caught my eyes as my wife loves Fujiko Fujio, The wind up is a character from Umeboshi Denka. And the Paaman Paako, yikes! I was wondering the prices too and my wife said they made many of these toys as they were very popular, the problem is that they were almost always small and were played with and easily thrown away later. And due to how incredibly popular FF still is and with the scarcity of these toys you end up with the insane prices. I guess that makes sense for Kaiju too. I really want the Kurobe but that is usually $800 and up, I dont even want to think what the other characters go for as Kurobe was probably produced in the highest numbers.

The elusive red Bullmark Ultraman could have been yours for a little over $5k. I like the "drunk at the time rare color" in the description.

Watching the Red Ultra auction was more exciting than a horse race! The sheer volume of bids was incredible, and the toy is gorgeous. I'm so glad to have the M1 Lucky Bag repro, because it's a really striking figure.

I don't have the M1, but I'm happy enough to have enjoyed this toy sorta vicariously through Mark Nagata's priceless write-up of how he came to score his! One of the true legendary tales in this hobby.

yeah, whoever won that MIB Gold Vena got a great deal... only 34,000yen or so. I won the boxed minis + Capsule Robot lot, so that finally makes me complete on minis, if not tanks. Pictures to come when they arrive.
