But I live next to Lucas... I am not rich and not a hippie. But I do love my daughters school is extremely well funded and I dont have to worry about crime :mrgreen:

Plus:
I live next to the top Mountain Biking trail in Northern CA
Close drive to Stinson Beach
It is Sunny 95% of the year, and it isnt freezing in the summer.
