 Garbage Garth
FInished the sculpt for Garbage Garth, my next resin figure, so thought I'd toss it up, even though it will be a little while before resins are cast. Garbage Garth is just a cool dude, who lives in a banged up trash can, he's got no job and no worries. He's made of garbage and all he needs is to get by is garbage. Let me know what you think.

 Re: Garbage Garth
Love it! The glasses are totally TMNT, and I love the details and proportions. Will be following this guy.

 Re: Garbage Garth
Yeah, now that you said it, I totally get a TMNT vibe from this guy (intentional or not). He could easily fit in with any of the best of those figures. I don't know, something about the sculpting you have done, like with the 'ooze' and fingers; great work. And the pizza slice too is a great homage He also really reminds me of a FP Oscar the grouch I used to have that popped out his garbage can.

 Re: Garbage Garth
I must say that Garth, given that he is a tin can full of garbage, is quite the jaunty fellow.

 Re: Garbage Garth
Thanks guys.
Yeah, can't do a trash can without thinking about Oscar. And the TMNT flavor is there as well.
Garbage Power.

 Re: Garbage Garth
This guy is awesome. 1 small comment, I'd like to see more trash coming through to the arms and face. Not a lot, but just hints of things so he feels more like trash than sludge. As is, I still love it though.

The head is pretty crowded with the pizza, bottle, and glasses. Hard to see in the photos but the glasses wrap around the head and take up a lot of space. Don't want to overwork it. I feel like the sludge worked best in portraying his personality and character. I see Garbage Garth strutting down the street R Crumb like, just dripping and oozing, leaving slime puddles for a path, hitting on passing girls with replies of eww gross, and just not caring.
