 PayPal Debit Card?
Anyone have a PayPal debit card? I'm thinking about getting one so I could use it for online stores that don't use PayPal. Anyone got anything good or bad to say about them?

Oh sweet! Are you able to make deposits into or withdrawals from your PayPal at ATM's or anything?

Withdrawals yes, deposits no. The only way to add funds is by Greendot, or tranfers from a linked bank account. I don't have a linked bank account, so I add funds ( if needed ) by Greendot, It costs $5.00 for up to a $1000, it's like a pre-paid card, and it goes into your account instantly.
Chase ATM's used to be free, but now the charge $3.00, I usually use 7-11, it's like $2.00. But you do earn cash back rewards.

Definitely a great service. No fees. Linking a bank account is the best way to go about it. And if by chance you overdraft beyond your paypal balance, it will just draft the remainder from you linked checking account with no overdraft penalty, assuming you have the funds in there to cover it.

 Re: PayPal Debit Card?
I ran into my first issue with my paypal card last weekend- I drove out to the FOE show with money in my account, and it declined me on my purchases... Now sure it was for a rather large amount and it was a bit out of my normal purchasing range, so I tried a much smaller amount (about $20) and it went through fine... about 20 minutes later we all went out to eat at "local buger" and the bill came to $233 or so, and I was declined again! Luckily I had credit, but its the first time I've experienced any issues with paypal's cc.
