Well, well. I dealt with him a few years back when he was 'representing' SEEN - sent him a bunch of cash for a commission piece, he claimed Rich had done the piece and posted it from Paris and nadda. Couldn't contact the artist directly (tried through a few different people in France who also work with him) who then stopped responding to emails.

Buzisem then mysteriously stopped answering any emails etc. when I asked for proof of postage etc.... I now think that Rich never saw the money for the commission

i'm not condoning, nor am i condemning.

but from all the research i had to do before i started posting here, i have always been under the assumption that a ban came with a warning and with an explanation. that you don't provide these things anymore promotes an uncomfortable atmosphere for me. i'd hate to try to log on here one day with my account blocked and not know what the hell i did.

i don't even know who i'm talking to right now, because i don't know who did the banning.

But I have no problem with them getting rid of a scam artist without warning.
Lets not light foot around the issue and pretend this was a ban b/c he posted mean things or said something that hurt someones feelings.

He offered to trade me a SEEN painting for a nag - I contacted SEEN, who told me the painting was stolen from him. Busizem had a whole long story about how it wasn't, and how it had a certificate of authenticity (can't steal those I suppose) but obviously his credibility was suspect at that point.

Then he started making those nag clothes without any consultation or approval from Shigeru - the guy just has zero respect for artists. Good riddance.

Yeah no shit, and I don't have an issue with the guy personally, (actually when I talked to him he seemed pretty nice), but we all have the options of purchasing our own websites, and linking it in your sig. Doing a favor for people is one thing, trying to cash in on something you barely got away with before, is another.
