 Re: Stegoforest
^ ^ Agreed!
I have to say I've known about this toy for a little while (well since the thread was a single page) but I haven't visited in a minute and man have I been missing out! And the addition of the micro sized forest dwellers truly sells the notion of a living forest - AMAZING!!!

 Re: Stegoforest
Would have been a lot of fun to make it down to the opening. I was lucky to get my blank just barely in time to finish up one for the show.. Lots of fun to paint, expertly sculpted, really pleasing size and of course the concept and design.

 Re: Stegoforest
these were really amazing to see in person! anybody in the pdx area between now and the end of the month should check these out. photos (especially ours) don't do these guys justice! the details are tremendous and the scale of the figure is really cool.

 Re: Stegoforest
aw thank you everybody. had a good time at the show last night. I love all the customs. They're each totally different which was great to see. Couple more on there way, but maybe not until later this month. didnt mention it anywhere, but the shows cash and carry. So if you want to buy one online I can ship it to you before the end of the month. Re: Stegoforest
I just recently found this thread. I absolutely LOVE your sculpt....period! A prehistoric creature with a forest on its back, wow!, and now your working in vinyl. You have taken a familiar concept to a whole new level...thank you!

 Re: Stegoforest
if anyone was thinking about getting a battle damaged acorn warrior from my etsy... currently you can choose whatever color youd like.. Im having 50 of them made that should be here soon in random colors.. After I get those I am taking down the option to choose your color, and it will be random. So if you wanted to choose your color, be sure to get one soon.

 Re: Stegoforest
was considering something like this for the first run of stegoforest. should be happening fairly soon. will be a run of 5. price to be determined. first stegoforest run test by Ghost&Flower, on Flickr wasnt going to sell this one because the neck broke and i glued it in place, but if anyone is interested let me know. id sell it for the price of an unpainted one.

Oh! That yellow is amazing. Can you post a close up to the trees? Actually I love the pink and yellow combination. Not so sure about green but love the rest.

 Re: Stegoforest
^ Same thoughts here, I really like the yellow/pink combo. With the bright green/blue it kinda feels like a black light reactive version.
Maybe orange trees with a pink spray? Or different variations/values of pinks and red-violets?

Hm..I kinda like the blacklight vibe but obviously I made it. I like the sound of different shades of pink. Will have to try that out.

I got a ways to go before theres any sort of profit from these..dont know if I want to keep putting money into it. at least not for a while. Im just happy that it finally happened and that a few people liked them enough to get one. going to get the preorders done, and send a transparent rainbow set to rotofugi. After that I think im going to stick to the made-to-order thing for awhile.

i started painting the acorn warrior, then realized i need to clean up my office/studio before i can do much more... and that was early last week. =p almost finished cleaning off the drafting table, though, so there's still progress!
