This is coming along, Reminds me of old Gross Out Gang figures, which I love. Looking forward to seeing the final product. You guys should get paint masks made and misregister them and give him intentionally off paint aps to mimic cheap old gross out toys.

I can do some cheap vac formed polystyrene masks for that extra knock off look. Should have my vac form setup ready within the next couple weeks.

So Ian here is in Japan with ricky going through the motions and hopefully be ready tail end of Summer.

Trying to be constructive: Are you sure there's enough interest in this toy for it to go directly to vinyl so quickly? Should you do a kickstarter or preorder to make sure you have enough buyers?

I've actually received a lot of positive feedback on this piece, just shockingly not on the board.
Which is fine no worries its a labor of love and something I want to do. People are already
talking microruns with me and it's one of those things were i'm fine with taking the risk.
I'm pretty sure that's what being in your twenties is all about lol.

And being in your 30's is about paying for the mistakes you made in your 20's. I think Ricky can work miracles, and it will probobally look o.k. when it's done, I just personally don't get it, but more power to you for making a toy.

i'm just worried about all these ppl who are excited to see this toy and are pumped about it and wanting to see it get done.. but when that times comes.. "oh sorry, i have no money to pay for this toy i amped up for you".. it's basically to me talk is cheap, put your money where your mouth is.

I hope you got a chance to see the resin i had at con with me and Ricky and me had a long talk so i should have them in hand really soon... That said thanks to everyone at SDCC for the support it was great hearing all the positive vibes from everyone

all I have to say about many of the above coments is, labor of love > labor for profit
I don't really like this figure(nor do I dislike it) but I see it being succesful with or without my $$$

Sorry but theres a difference between "rough" sprays and bad paint jobs. Not to be a hater, but this one needs a LOT of work. Keep at it tho dude the first at bat aint always the best (I know this from experience
