the note was a total afterthought on my part, and slightly tongue in cheek. i did it for people that were not typical collectors of sofubi, to try and avoid some future "my shit is scratched now" emails.
during the initial design phase my agent thought it might be a good idea to just sculpt a seperate arm with the slorge attached to avoid any paint issues, but i think it would have lost a lot of its charm.

I am glad you guys went with the slorge as a separate piece. This is one of my favorite toys and I just want to say thanks again for producing such a gem. Any chance of a red blank coming out?
