Really digging that blue one. I love the head, and those rows of teeth must have been a beeatch to pull from the mold without messing up. Very cool piece.

Finally checked this thread and I really like this one. The extra teeth are pretty menacing and the sculpt is really excellent. I really like the Rangeas, it strikes me as cartoony - and that's what I like about it - but I really like the straight monster vibe from this guy, even with the doll eyes.

Who is doing these? Intheyellow?

Just received the black w/ silver and red Sqalone.
I am still not totally convinced.
Here is a short review:
I really like the swirl and the head sculpt with the different rows of teeth.
The expression is very nice but no comparison the Rangeas.

I still don't like the scales on the stomach. Also the arms are not my thing - I would have loved some T9G trademark hands.
Also, the tail has no tip which looks kind of odd and the joint between body and neck is not very smooth.

All in all it is a nice toy but no new Rangeas.

I love almost custom Sqalone, But it seems they only sell in Japan

I'd love a t9g custom, but they are pricey! Ah well, one day perhaps.

And Sqalone is just not doing it for me. It's the arms, the swirl neck thing, and the scales on the stomach. Oh well.

I too would love a T9G custom but he never sells internationally which is a shame . . .

That new one's probably the best looking so far, but now that someone pointed out how bed the neck joint area is, I can't stop seeing it.

I'm really tired of sounding pretentious... I have to remember that I didn't make this, and for someone else to design and create a toy is awesome... Especially when they go the extra mile, and produce it in Japan...
