thought i would love this guy but actually hate him becasue he doesn't stand! tell me how you can spend all that time making one of these things, not to mention all of that money, and NOT have it stand? grrrr!!!

and whiule we're on that color scheme....these are so incredible in person! and ceramic, too,, not vinyls. nathan j is the one the KFGU people should have contacted all along because these things beat anything that whole line has seen.....funny, i even wrote a letter to them telling them to get nathan j back when the line first started....did they listen? cant help but wonder if nathan did these out of inspiration from those? i couldn't wait to show these off so i shot with flash....will repost tomorrow sometime with natural lighting, should look somewhat better. new pics of nathan j's fauna now here:

If that was all from one week then your wallet must have just floated away...

Damn, your Dokugan collection is intimidating to say the least

damn, coming from you khanate, that's saying something!

selekta - those are the new halloween 2007 figs. they are great, of course but i'm really dying for the toxic p versions.

yeah, i wish the nathan js were vinyl, too. i get so scared of things like these because around me, they are just waiting to get broken :(

the chios doll is unbelievable!! it is so crazy cool. he's my fave of the moment fer sure.

Those nathan J figures are RULE - they're made outa some kind of resin i think. I dont mind that they're not vinyl to be honest - if i could spare the dollars i'd totally pick them up - nice collection man :D

Playdoh, can you please take a pic of the Nathan figs close to other toys from your collection, and in a group, just to give us a sense of scale?

Great stuff, I wish I could get into the Rainbow Barom 1 collecting but it's so pricey and too much has come out, too many pieces I'd have to catch up on. I wish they'd just make more color ways dammit!

Dako shot rules, I see you opted for the skirt look. The red/orange/yellow fade on his head is brilliant.

It is early. I've been watching for them but haven't checked in a little while.

Oh well, I just hope they don't sell out by next month's paycheck.

they will. they are very limited....waiting to hear from klim how limited but they are in numbers comparable to most eastern releases.

i'll get that shot up a little later today then, ok?

wasn't sure what pieces i should use for the camparison but i figured everyone here was fairly well acquainted with the d.unny, yes? ;) also in background, the medium sized bunniguru figure, one of nathan's earlier creations.

That is a great display ...

And for extra bonus points, how many Dokugans are there on Playdoh's TV?

*tch, miami, anyone knows that's a trick question but the real answer would be:

"not as many as there are now!"

ok, blood. what figure would you like to see next to them? i might have one, i might not.

"Trick question" is such a ... well, ... judgmental descriptor! Perhaps it is just a scosh less simple than it would seem at first glance, but the necessary fragment of detail is plainly visible ...

(And no, I did not mean how many are there now, I meant how many in the above pic - you are not called upon to guess how many more Dokus Paul has beaten me out on in the meantime.)

CC

PS - Your package arrived safe and sound, thanks again!
