What is that one in the top photo, front and center (pink standard Matango)? Lucky bag?

The pink Paul Kaiju custom is nice. I saw your pics before and was always wondering what one that was. Really great Matango collection! Anyone have a Marmit Transforming Man GID for sale? I need one!

Very impressive!

The M1GO & Charactics are my favorite Matango sculpts.

If you start with the trikes, get the blue-head version too. That lil' guy has the best paint apps I've ever seen on a Matango.

You need a couple of Toygraph Racers in there, as well!

If you evah decide you need to get rid of that Mami, you know where to find me.

I rewatched Matango last night for Halloween. My favorite TOHO movie. Kind of Spooky, Gothic, Sad & the basis for Gilligan's Island!

I love the PK matango - it really fits in with the rest such that it looks like a factory paint job, and a truly beautiful one. You also have an amazing assortment of charactics mini matangos - I've only got a couple of those myself but seeing all of yours is making me now want to collect 'em all.

Which colors are the most difficult to find, if'n you don't me asking.

Mini orange is a tough one to land.

Coolest toys ever.Beautiful display!

I've been good and not taken the plunge into the Charactics fungi.

But I need too!

The one I'm having problems finding is the Black/metallic one.

I think the blue Bullmark style is hard to find as well. Not so common.

Probably the rarest of the M-1's is the Yellow "Mandarake" painted Toho grab bag set version.

yeah, the mandarake painted yellow one has got to be the most difficult M1 to find - I don't think I've ever seen it up for auction by itself, without the other figures from that set (and I've only seen the set in an auction once or twice). Funny because what's known as the Hawaii version by M1 (the blue one with red and yellow spray) is technically just as rare (only 100 made) - it was actually based on a rejected paint scheme by M1 (the regular issue blue M1 matango that didn't pass quality control - they salvaged them by painting over them). Jim C at Club Daikaiju had these for years on his old website with no one biting. Then the guy from M1 bought them all back from Jim because they were going for big money back in Japan. A few showed up on ebay about a yeaar ago and I scored one for less than $60.00 - some buyers and sellers don't know how hard to get this one is - although by today's standard's, 100 made is a hefty amount.

Yeah orange is tough. Also the clear purple and the first 2 glows (pink and green).

The later runs seem to have been bigger and are a bit easier to find.

Those are in another display along with the Bear Model pink mini. The sculpt on those is truly odd but somehow loveable.

Maimi ain't going nowehere! That set is so awesome, 2 of my favorites.

Thanks! I agree, Paul really nailed this one. It's exactly what I wanted. It's pink, it glows and it's one of a kind. Love it!
