well, besides my zolo sets....i like these quite a lot! my only complaint is that the little rings on the arms and legs are placed too tightly close together so you get very little to no bendability in his joints. but the feel and texture are really wonderful! if you were on the line, i recommend them!

I don't care what a toy is made out of as long as I like it. I don't like these. Just not my sttyyyyyyllle. Some Biskup stuff is cool, and some I don't like at all. |

I like wood carvings, mainly stuff done in tribal motifs from Borneo, or wood totems, but not to much into wood toys. To stiff looking. Squared off, flat top, 90 degree angle...block head.

But I voted i liked vinyl and wooden figs, but if i had to choose only one, its vinyl all the way, but wooden figs have their charm, a wooden chaos would be awesome! Talk about wood begets wood~ |

First wooden toys I ever had were a train set my grandfather made for me. They had moving wheels and the various cars could be separated from one another. When I got a little older he made an elaborate go-cart for me from scratch. I got pretty lucky in the grandad department. I wish, wish, wish I still had that train set. Stuff like that is just plain irreplaceable. |

yr right about that xoco! reminds me of a line from a laurie anderson song in which she says "when my father died....it was like a whole library.... burned down." but said in that really stacatto style she has which gives each word extremely weighted meaning. i'm surprised we have at least 3 furries in our midst! c'mon out with you! i wanna hear stories! |

Who remembers when Fisher Price Little People were made of wood? I like the wood ones way better than the plastic. And now, they don't even look like pegs like they did in the old days. WTF!?! |

my set should arrive tomorrow. i think a vinyl version of deathbot would never work, so wood is the perfect medium for this figure. imagine a wooden sculpt of blobpus or zagoran... |
