it's some fashion guy I think? I found it on flickr. it belongs to a SILLYTHING member who collaborate with BXH on the red cap & bounch fig. This collection was featured in MILK magazine (HK) on the 10th anniversary of of bxh toys. Apparently milk mag was also owned by SILLYTHING peeps.
