i got 3 dehara prints also but GR did a shitty job shipping them and they got totally bent in half--they shipped them in a flattened priority mail box, with no support inside for the prints, and didnt even write "do not bend" on the flattened box. oh yeah, did i mention that they requested that i pay additional shipping for the prints after what i paid initially, and i even stated in the comments box "PLEASE PACK/SHIP THE PRINTS CAREFULLY AS I HAVE ORDERED PRINTS FROM YOU BEFORE THAT ARRIVED BENT". what a fucking joke. 
GR is working on figuring out how to please me--hopefully they'll come up with something cause these are the prints i ordered and they were awesome till GR fucked em up:

My prints arrived unbent, but one had a sort of pitlike indentation. (?!?) The other had visible damage about the size of a quarter on it (?!?) Of course the website doesn't list any replacements so I gotta work that out, at least for the second one. Disappointing as the prints totally ROCK in a sick way. |

man that is FUCKED UP!!!!!!! two of my prints got all fucked up because they had them shoved in the bottom of my box and they were all bent up in the corner!!!!!! sounds like they got some problems with shipping!!!!!!!! |

u guys should let them know how upset you are. even if they can't be replaced, people will continue to get fucked up print matter if GR doesn't know that the print matter is showing up all wrecked |

yeah I called tonight too and they are sending me new prints!!!!!! Also they said that the people at the SF store are the ones that sent out the prints and that they have had problems with this before and they are getting new management for that store as we speak!!!!!!!!! I am happy with the outcome. I would have been real pissed if my clay figures or my Ishida painting would have been fucked up!!!!!!! |
