I just love the fact that butanohana stuff feels, for lack of a better word, cheap. The vinyl isn't the glorious stuff we trust for all the big companies, yet doesn't feel shitty like Chinese-made stuff. It's punk rock! |

I considered breaking my strict ban on Ultra-Q characters for that version. The Oodako is my favorite Butanohana figure also. The fact that it's liscenced by Toho just makes it extra sweet for a Kaiju dork like me.  So, basically, Buta No Hana rules. |

can't forget about the recent thundermask too...a very sweet figure either there were about 10 made or everybody who snagged one at wonder festival was an actual collector...

As far as the Thundermask is concerned - I have seen that one on YJA more than almost any other Butanohana figure - now granted that's only been three or so times - but it's a far sight more than most of their stuff. |

I believe the only place that one could buy it was at the wonder fest - apart from in the aftermarket - an event only license or something. |

It doesn't glow, but it's a really nice colorway. I have this and the purple and I like this one better. Glow would have taken it over the top, but even still I love it. |
