 And I've had a good month! Nothing spectacular in there, just a load of mates to drink with. I have been meaning to get the green Bop for ages, and found him at a good price, then lo! the clear one comes out, Result! The Boogie is one of my favourites! (except he has a wonky foot, get's drunk quick). The Smoking Star is also a favourite of mine. And I have finally learned to appreciate the rxh

 http://www.vintageroots.co.uk/product.asp?id=1584 It's really really nice! Perfectly sweet and bitter balance, very smooth, and gets better the longer it's open. A really good red that's cheap! Thanks all for the kind words, I'm pretty happy I have a few other guys waiting in the wings as well, but they all looked so good, I had to get a pic up. The funny thing about the boogie and the bop is that though they are both clear, the boogie is properly glassy clear while the bop definetly has a yellow tinge to the vinyl. That Kamen head is brilliant! |
