nice bit of nostalgia there! those tron dudes are amazing! i've never seen them before. and of all the motu stuff, beyond great shape! i now remember how much i loved Man-E-Faces. of all the worn out crap i found from my childhood, the 2 i wish i could find is Man-E-Faces & Buzz-Off. Luckily, i got the 2000 repro of Buzz-Off that was a JC Penny exclusive... |

AWESSSOOOOME. I think I had almost every toy that you have there. Total flashback. A few years back I was digging around in my parents attic looking for old loot only to find a busted Castle Greyskull, a few 'Joe vehicles and some various weaponry and action figure parts. The few things I found were totally wrecked, and the rest had been sacrificed to either garage sales or the trash. Man I wish my folks would have taken care of my stuff. These are great, and you are soooo lucky! Now go play with em! |

I burned all my childhood toys around the age of 13 as I developed a pyro obsession. It was fun to watch their faces melt. |

Bring in the 'old school'... fond memories of playing with both the MOTU and GIJoe stuff. I still got most of the actual figures but the weapons and small accessoires vanished over the years. |

That is so sweet, I had most of that as well. Those Tron figures kick a$$ though. I used to have the zip pull (plastic toothed cord you pull out fast to make the wheel spin) Tron bikes. I love seeing pics of stuff I grew up on, I feel complacent now. |

I recall I totally took out the entire Deathstar with a Snow Speeder. |

Most of my MOTU, GI JOE, and Star Wars figures were buried in my parnets backyard...that is after they died in battle. |

Loved my MOTU stuff, they were my favorite toys as a kid. I loved setting up the weapons on the weapons rack and then inevitably throwing someone into it! Funny I burned my GI Joes too and wrecked all my matchbox cars . . . . if only the MOTU stuff had survived my parents letting other kids play with them . . . .grrrrr . . . . |

Glad my pics could bring back so many memories. Suprised I never burned, shot or exploded any of my old stuff. I think it was all put away b4 I hit my pyro destruction stage. After the excitement of these toys, the following 3 days have been 3 of the worst ever, so haven't had time to clean up the Star Wars stuff. The Millenium Falcon is gonna be tough to clean on it's own. Hear's another quick pic. Check the dirt.

danlord wrote: and I don't know how can you manage to still have the weapons, I lost them asap I opened the packages!! no doubt! weapons always seemed to turn up missing within the first couple days. or you were so pumped about the figure that you forgot to untape and remove the weapons before discarding the package. luckily, they used to sell weapons packs, but even those didn't last long. i'm amazed when searching for MOTU and joe's on the bay that majority of the auctions are for weapons lots, and some go for more than the figures! |

Updated original post with pics of the Star Wars stuff I was finally able to clean and shoot. Really amazed at how many of these I still have. Unfortunate that my Darth Vader, Han Solo and Leia figs are all missing. Also, most of the accesories as well. Stoked that I still have Boba Fett and his ship with frozen Han tho. |
