Konichiwa fellas (and 2 ladies...right???)!

I've been lurking about SB for a couple of months...and learning to recite the faq on command, and have decided to join in on the fun, I'm usually not much of a forum kinda guy, but I'm finding myself here at least once daily.
I'm a long time collector of some form of toy all of my life...kaiju for about 3 years, and have been a huge fan/student of Japan, tokusatsu, and kaiju eiga for a very long time!

I have spoken with many of you through Flickr, my kaiju blog, or myspace, and have made more than a few purchases on the bst...so some of you are kinda familiar with me.

I'm really interested in photography and use HDR for most of my kaiju stuff. I have also discovered the joys of V-color and have around 10-12 customs completed so far. I used to paint plastic or resin models for years but working with V-color and vinyl is an entirely different animal and I LOVE doing these customs!
Actually since I'm in SF I'm not going to miss LASH's show tomorrow and hope to meet some of you and hopefully score one of his great customs!

Phew this is too long now...sorry. Anyways, I hope to be part of the great community yous guys have built...all of my friends think my "hobbies" are strange to say the least!

Oh, I posted in the SYC thread...my stuff can be seen at the links in my sig, this is my first post so hopefully they work (shakes with N00B fear). Mods, move this dribble elsewhere if you feel I am in error.

That is all. Hi! :D

I've seen your photos on flickr and wondered whether or not you were here. Some of your customs are really great!

Welcome to the board!

Waaay ahead of you there Lixx. Who do think was sweating bullets when you all where deciding whether or not to require 100 posts to buy/sell on the bst! This board would be full of posts like "cool" "Great" "Nice Job" to reach 100.

Wow  thanks for the welcome and kind words guys!!!
I am anxious to get more involved with the painters around here and maybe enter some of the swaps too!

Right now though I am trying to get inspired on what to do with 2 M1 flesh Gargantuas...I've base coated them black (i know you don't have to with V...it's just my way), just haven't decided on what direction to go yet. Lash's show tonight will probably give me all of the inspiration I will need...that or make me throw out my airbrush with envy

This is soooo wrong...

...or sooo right???
